Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Helmut Jahn Fountain Pen Set, which comes with its special Montblanc presentation box and bottle of black ink. The pen has never been used and as such is presented in virtually as new condition. The M sticker, confirming a medium nib, can still be found on the barrel. Only 4810 of these limited edition sets were produced and this is number 2598.

The Helmut Janh Limited Edition was released in 2004 as part of the UNICEF / Montblanc Partnership and this is one of their "right to write" pens. Several renowned figures were chosen to design special cases for the 149 and this is arguably one of the most desirable. The clear acrylic presentation case features a stunning design, where both the pen and ink are housed. The case is in excellent condition, there's a few very small marks from where it was stored over the years, but these are really just mentioned for a complete description. These sets are now extremely difficult to find and are always desirable additions to any collection.
