Mont Blanc Meiserstuck 145 Black/Gold Fountain Pen 18k Gold Medium Nib. Bought second hand, unsure of how old it is but it works well. I've been told it is a 145 but it's hard to know when Montblanc doesn't have a way of identifying pens. Nib is 18k gold and write very well, see writing sample in photos.

I'd say it's likely a medium nib, but again this is not marked on the pen so it's hard to say for sure. Generally good condition, some wear from age, see photos for full condition.
