The 100 Year Anniversary writing implements were released in 2006 and have many features that hark back to the original pens - with them being modelled on the original Simplo Rouge et Noir. These are some of the most recognisable modern Montblanc pens and in 2006 it was a big move to bring back the historical logo, featuring the mountain itself. This, coupled with the domed ivory coloured snowcap really do add to the historical feel. These are very handsome and and sit extremely comfortably in the hand.
