This is a fantastic example of a Montblanc 146 piston fill fountain pen. This beautiful pen is nicknamed " Le Grand" and it is evident why!

It is a large, impressive cigar shaped fountain pen which is both elegant and imposing. This fountain pen has benefitted from being serviced, piston seals checked before being lightly hand polished. The very large 14k gold two tone nib is extremely smooth and lays down an effortless Medium line. The condition of this pen is marvellous with only micro scratches under magnification.

This pen still has its original sticker denoting that the nib is a M. The pen is in its original box which aside from a couple of very small ink spots is also perfect. Please be sure to look at all the images to enable you to decide on condition for yourself.
