Montblanc Fountain Pen Homage a Chopin 75th Special Anniversary Edition (rare)

The Hommage A Frédéric Chopin fountain pen was a limited edition fountain pen that paid tribute to Polish-French composer Frédéric Chopin. This example being the 75th Special Anniversary Edition version of this limited edition pen makes it extremely rare.

Produced only in the year 1999 to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Meisterstuck line of pens, Montblanc produced the 75th Special Anniversary Edition line. The 75th Special Anniversary Edition version was similar to the standard Hommage A Frédéric Chopin 145 fountain pen but with one most distinctive difference.

The clip band is wider than the normal Meisterstuck fountain pen and has the words 75 YEARS OF PASSION is engraved around it. There is also a diamond set in the middle of the O in the word PASSION. The pen uses a Hand-crafted 14K/585 gold nib (size M) with platinum inlay engraved with the 75 Anniversary logo. Writing System: Fountain pen with piston converter (allows optional use of ink cartridges). Both barrel and cap are made of Montblanc's signature jet-black precious resin trimmed with three gold-plated rings with embossed Montblanc lettering and the world recognized Montblanc white star.

Gold plated clip ring is printed with the pen's Individual Serial Number. Pen comes with a special 75th Anniversary Edition Montblanc Hommage A Frédéric Chopin presentation Box with a Commemorative Chopin CD (Chopin). The pen is used but is in very good condition as you can see from the photos.
