Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been carefully used over the years and is presented in overall lovely condition. This pen appears to have headed to Hamburg for servicing by Montblanc over the last few years. The serial number on the clip ring is definitely a service replacement and the nib is the 1950-60's 18c Tri-Tone. The rest of the pen appears to have also been replaced at the time of service, so it's a recent style 149 with an historic nib!

The pen is fitted with an 18c tri-tone fine (towards a medium) nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink. The important details are as follows..
