MONTBLANC MEISTERSTUCK 149 LIMITED 1924 EDITION 75TH ANNIVERSARY FOUNTAIN PEN. A rare Meisterstuck 149 Limited 1924 Edition 75th anniversary fountain pen by Montblanc. The 75th anniversary range was released in 1999 to celebrate 75 years of the Meisterstuck, montblanc released the standard special edition and the much rare limited edition this is the latter the rare 1924 limited edition only 1924 ever made and this one is number 1177. This one has been used however has been well looked after so only light traces of normal use, tested by myself and is in perfect working order a lovely writer. The pen is made from black precious resin inlaid with the Montblanc emblem and finished in stunning 22K rose gold plated trim.
Around the clip ring it reads Germany and has its unique serial number, above the clip ring it reads 75 years of passion with a small diamond, and above this is the famous Montblanc emblem and on the limited edition model is made from mother of pearl. Around the center gold band it reads Montblanc Meisterstuck 149. The pens cap is screw on and the pen is a piston filler so will require a ink bottle to fill. The pens nib is stunning made from 18k two tone gold and is a M= medium in size.
