The pen has been regularly used, but is presented in overall very good condition - the gold trim is bright and the Bordeaux precious resin has a deep shine. We've always been a huge admirer of the Bordeaux resin writing instruments and sadly as these were only produced for a limited amount of time, firstly in the early 80's and then for a second time in the 1990's - they're now more difficult to find, with most examples looking pretty tired.
