Montblanc Meisterstuck Le Grand Rollerball with Box & Receipt (Current RRP £400)

I bought this pen in July 2000 just after I got a new job in London, the receipt is included. I used it for a number of years and always carried it around in a Montblanc pouch which became quite worn at the corners. The pouch kept the pen in good condition though so there are no cracks or chips in the black resin. I never clipped the pen in my pocket so the clip is unstressed and in excellent condition. I haven't used the pen for a few years so the refill in it has dried up and has a May 2016 expiry date, it will therefore need a new refill before use.

The pen has the serial number CX1063726 on the band of the clip. The pen is well looked after and in very good condition but there is some wear to the thread of the pen that screws the pen into the cap. The cap seems fine but photos 4-6 show that the resin thread has worn at the end of the thread and the underlying metal is starting to show through.
