A very rare Solitaire Royal Legrand fountain pen by montblanc. When this pen was first released in the early 1990's it was the most expensive pen in the world.

However once one grasps the fact that this extraordinary pen has been set with over 4,600 diamonds over 18 karat gold and an emblem featuring seven special diamonds the price does seem a trivial detail. Needless to say, the diamond solitaire is a limited edition pen and was manufactured in a very small quantity. This one has been used / inked however its in wonderful condition and perfect working order with all its documents / certificated, the original box is not included however a Montblanc wooden presentation case is included. This one comes with a fantastic BB 18K gold nib a rare nib for a rare pen. The pen has 4654 diamonds from brilliant cut clarity IF-VVS colour F-G WESSELTON total 16.97 carats set in 18K gold casing. Comes with its Certificate of authenticity and info booklets.
