Vintage (c1971-77) Montblanc No. 220 Matt Black Medium Fountain Pen, GT

220 (1513) Matt Black Medium Fountain Pen with Gold Trim (SOME ISSUES PLEASE READ BELOW). German Made, There are two larger issues with this pen and one smaller one, The first is that the cap has a visible crack as clearly shown now this does not currently effect the cap snapping shut but with increased use this will eventually become an issue that needs sorting, The second large issue is the nib again as clearly shown the nib is bent and may require alignment for a more perfect writing experience, The piston fill mechanism works well and a fair amount of ink can be drawn up, The third smaller issue is once the pen has been filled it doesn't immediately start flowing down the ink feed and onto the nib (you need to give it a bit of a shake before it starts to flow,) once it does flow even with the bent nib it does write with a relatively smooth medium nib. There is NO case with this pen. Please note, that the display stands used are not included and are for illustrative purposes only.
